Why Hypochlorous Acid?
EcoThryve is powered by hypochlorous acid (HOCl) — a safe, natural, and highly effective biocide. HOCl is produced naturally by the human immune system to fight off bacteria and viruses.
Known as electrolysed water, it works quickly to destroy harmful pathogens on contact, while being non-toxic, pH neutral, and completely safe for use around people, pets, and food.
At EcoThryve, we use a high-purity HOCl formulation, with a 12-month shelf life, proven effective in all housing environments — from day-to-day repairs to void clearances and inspections.

Not every mould case needs an appointment. EcoThryve provides housing providers with a recordable, preventative action that empowers tenants to safely manage minor outbreaks, while offering a clear audit trail for regulatory compliance.
Step 1: Tenant Reports Mould
The tenant contacts your repairs line, housing officer, or customer service team to report mould in the home.
Step 2: Quick Triage
Your team uses a triage script or remote video check to assess whether it’s a low-risk, localised case that’s safe for self-treatment.
Step 3: DTC Order Placed
If suitable, your team places a Direct-to-Customer order with EcoThryve.
No appointment is booked — action begins immediately.
Step 4:
Kit Shipped to Tenant
EcoThryve dispatches a tracked mould treatment kit directly to the tenant, usually within 2–5 working days.
